These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Precision Truss Inc. ("Precision Truss," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Precision Truss provides truss fabrication, delivery, and related structural services. All services are rendered in accordance with applicable building codes and project specifications agreed upon at the time of order.

Accepted Payment Methods. We accept credit cards, ACH bank transfers (electronic check), and business checks.

Card Surcharge. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a 2.75% surcharge applied to the invoice total. This surcharge is disclosed at checkout and reflects the cost of card processing. No surcharge is applied to ACH or check payments.

ACH / Bank Transfer. ACH bank transfers are processed at no additional fee.

Check Payments. Checks should be made payable to "Precision Truss Inc." and mailed to PO Box 1027, Orangevale, CA 95662. A returned-check fee of $35 may apply.

Invoice Terms. Invoices are due per the terms stated on each invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to a finance charge. Precision Truss reserves the right to suspend services on accounts with overdue balances.

Online Payment Authorization. By submitting an online payment through our payment portal, you authorize Precision Truss Inc. to immediately charge your card or electronically debit your bank account for the stated invoice amount (plus any applicable surcharge). All online payments are:

• One-time charges — each transaction is a single, non-recurring debit tied to a specific invoice.
• Processed immediately — funds are captured at the time of submission.
• Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or where a verifiable billing error is reported within the applicable dispute window.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at beth@precisiontruss.net or (916) 485-4100 promptly. We retain records of the authorization text and timestamp for each online transaction.

Order cancellations or material changes must be submitted in writing. Precision Truss may charge for materials already fabricated or costs already incurred at the time of cancellation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Truss's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

By providing your phone number and email address, you agree that Precision Truss may contact you regarding your invoices, payments, job scheduling, and deliveries by phone, email, and text message (SMS).

Text Messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. See our SMS / Text Message Policy for full details.

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information — including payment data and mobile phone numbers — is described in our dedicated Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and card or bank details are never stored on our servers.
