This Privacy Policy describes how Precision Truss Inc. ("Precision Truss," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our services, pay an invoice online, or communicate with us. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Contact & Billing Information. Name, company name, mailing address, email address, and phone number provided in connection with orders, invoices, and payments.

Payment Information. When you pay an invoice online, your card number or bank account details are transmitted directly to our payment processor (NMI / Network Merchants Inc.) using encrypted, tokenized fields. Card numbers and bank account details are never stored on our servers. We retain only the card brand, last four digits, transaction ID, amount, and the authorization text you agreed to at checkout.

Transaction & Usage Records. Invoice history, payment history, receipts, and records of when payment pages are viewed, maintained as part of our billing audit trail.

• To process payments and send payment receipts.
• To send invoices, statements, and billing reminders by email or text message.
• To notify you about job scheduling, delivery dates, and order status.
• To maintain billing and accounting records and comply with legal obligations.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.

Opt-In. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting at checkout, on an order form, or verbally when placing an order, you agree to receive text messages from Precision Truss Inc. related to your invoices, payments, job scheduling, and deliveries. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Types & Frequency. Messages may include invoice notifications, payment links, payment receipts, and job/delivery updates. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Fees. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Precision Truss does not charge for text messages.

No Sharing of SMS Consent. Your phone number and SMS consent are used only by Precision Truss Inc. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our SMS delivery provider as necessary to send the messages you have requested.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Payment processors (NMI / Network Merchants Inc.) to the extent necessary to complete transactions.
• Communication providers used to deliver emails and text messages on our behalf.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

All online payment pages are SSL-encrypted, and we comply with PCI DSS guidelines for handling cardholder data. Access to billing records is restricted to authorized personnel. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.

We retain billing records, payment authorizations, and transaction history as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes. Records of your consent (including the exact consent text and timestamp) are retained as part of our audit trail for each transaction.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information (subject to legal retention requirements), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
